# I still can't search?

I tried to do a search again this morning, on my own user name, and got nothing. I know there are matches, because I posted quite a bit yesterday.

Any info?

Your posts are popping up on my searches. Are you choosing the correct forum? The search defaults to the About This Message Board forum.

Yeah, you exist. You need to select the right forum to search. Pushing the “search” button at the bottom of your post yielded [these threads.](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/search.php?query=&forumchoice=&booleanand=&searchin=&searchdate=30&searchdateline=&searchuser=EJsGirl&exactname=yes&action=dosearch&getdaily=&pagenum=) When you go to the search page, read carefully: the default is to search recently in ATMB. You can only search one forum at a time, and looking at your posts, they’ve all been elsewhere.
