And they only benefit the kids who do it, so they can learn new abuse techniques and how to hide what they do. ---

I’m a teacher. Over 20 years ago, my School introduced an anti-bullying program. It was designed in close consultation with pupils and staff. Since then, bullying has dropped dramatically. And stayed that way. ---
