_dude_ this is _Argentina_ we’ve had 5 presidents in a day, hyperinflations, military coups, bank runs, poor people blocking streets for their rights, rich farmers blocking streets for their rights to keep them poor, a coin scarcity crisis, 4 or 5 different values for the dollar against the peso (Official, Blue, Tourist, Soy…), River Plate was relegated to the second division came back and won the Libertadores against Boca, but we had to play in Madrid due to hooligan violence, we were 2-0 up in the friggin World Cup final, had France equalize in 2 minutes at the 81th minute, won on penalties with half the country on cardiac life support… If we weren’t already drinking heavily I would not be asking you for tips on surviving Trump-like presidents! ---

Re. the Doctor being named “Who”, or at least that being the first syllable of his now-renounced Time Lord name, there are some hints supporting this in universe: 1. “The War Machines”: the supercomputer W.O.T.A.N. refers to the Doctor as “Doctor Who”. 2. Someone once asked K-9 “Who is the Doctor” and his reply was “Affirmative”. 3. “Silver Nemesis”: Lady Peinforte, evidently having learned the circumstances of how the Doctor became a fugitive from Gallifrey, calls him “Who” when threatening to inform the High Council of Time Lords about just what he did.
