# I think I'm done with Thanksgiving

I finally finished leftovers from thanksgiving, which I’ve been eating for lunches. My gf stopped days ago. She gets tired of the same thing daily, I do not.

That’s my protocol as well. As long as there is something left in the fridge it gets eaten.

I have one more dish of potatoes and green beans and a couple pieces of pie and it will be done. I have family members who will not even eat leftovers from any meal!

That drives me crazy having been raised by Depression era parents.

We had leftovers for two dinners and various lunches. We also had turkey with ginger and scallion and turkey curry made with the leftovers. I just noticed that there’s some gravy left, maybe I’ll have rice with gravy for lunch. 😉

The turkey soup is “keeping warm” in the instant pot, and we’ll have that, probably with fresh biscuits or corn bread, for supper. And the leftover soup will be frozen.
