Miller, can you or another Mod update the original post of issue or the warning? I honestly thought that he was warned for his post with the XXXXXXX in place of the name. It seemed very odd until I saw this thread. ---

After a discussion with the other mods, I have lifted **dalej42** ’s suspension. We have also decided the following: 1. The original warning stands. 2. **dalej42** is now topic banned from all topics involving rape allegations. This applies to all SDMB forums. ---

Is this a new thing? Not that I don’t think that it’s completely appropriate in this case. ---

I accept the warning and the topic ban. I apologize for the link I posted earlier, I was completely unaware of the video included in the link. I also apologize for naming the alleged rape victim and I will never do it again. I’ve been on this message board for over 11 years, I am going to keep my posts far more restrained because I genuinely enjoy being part of the community here. I’ve been to Dopefests in Dallas, Phoenix, and Chicago and helped to organize the Chicago Dopefests. I’d like to thank the mods for the second chance, I won’t blow it. Sincerely, Dalej42 ---
