What the title says. And, is it free? could I have one for a Geocities page that no one will visit anyway? or do I have to prove that there will be people discussing and so on… thanks ---

There’s a similar forum board package, which I did some programming for, called [tForum](http://www.tforumhacks.com) which is free, however, your host must provide PHP and MySQL in order for it to run. I don’t think Geocities does, but another free host, called [Spaceports](http://www.spaceports.com) does. This board is powered by vBulletin, and it’s a bit pricey and also requires PHP and MySQL. There are also remotely hosted forums you can use, even on Geocities, but the functionality is pretty limited, as is your control over them. ---
