# I want bread!

There’s a half-risen loaf of oatmeal bread sitting in my bread machine downstairs. It’s warm and you can already smell the yeasty goodness. The timer should start it baking in about an hour.

But I want a slice NOW! NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW! \<jumps up and down\>

I love bread!

I have a great recipe for Beer Bread with jalapenos and cheese-made it this weekend (and Crawfish Etouffee)

Really yummy.

I made two loaves of regular country white bread, and they are baking in the oven right now. They have twenty-four more minutes to cook, and I’m salivating already! Too bad they have to sit for twenty or so minutes before they will be ready to cut.

I’ve got some cinnamon creamed honey that I’m going to slather all over those fresh hot slices of bread. I should have made a double recipe 🙂

I just finished some great bread - honey whole wheat from Great Harvest.

I ate with some pumpkin butter…oh it was DIVINE…and surprisingly very low in fat.
