I’ve just whipped up a batch of no-bake chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies. I want some _now!_ But I have to wait for them to cool and set. ☹ ---

Oh – Instead of dropping by teaspoons as grandma’s recipe says, I use tablespoons. Freakin’ big tablespoons. Got 18 cookies out of the mix. ---

Mmmmm… Today it’s molasses spice cookies, which I don’t get to chow because they’re the last batch for our Grand Canyon raft trip (leaving Tuesday!). Maybe I’ll try the no bakes for extras! ---
