# I want to play DJ with my CD writer...

But I can’t seem to find a way to combine recording my voice and playing .mp3’s in real time (or even .wav’s, after converting .mp3’s).

Yes, I could record my voice in .wav, and insert those files between the .mp3’s, but I’d like to do it ‘live.’

Anyone know if something like live recording is possible on a home computer CD-R?

You have to buy mixing software. Head on down to your local computer/electronics store, look at the price, and gasp.
