# I want to strangle someone at the cable company

Well, since this thread has percolated back up…

It turns out that I wasn’t getting a good signal from the source AND at my modem. So I made the guy fix the source and my husband fixed my modem. But the primary problem was outside our control. It’s a good thing that I made the cable guy check the signal coming into the house, as he wanted to check my modem first.
