Bosda, can you not submit the bill with a copy of the police report to his insurance company for payment? True, you may have to float the money up-front, but in this case where the driver is 100% at fault, shouldn’t this all be paid by them? 😕 Then again, I’m no lawyer & you might want to consult one. As for the ‘Trek Cruiser’, it sounds like you need to seriously upgrade your shields. 😃 ---

I hate to say it, but if he was driving a rusty old beater, he probably doesn’t have much that you could sue for. Frankly, I think you’re pretty much out of luck. ---

[/QUOTE] Yup, and that sucks. We sued someone for $2,500 last year and won but we haven’t seen a dime of it and probably never will. If someone is scummy enough to not want to pay then they are scummy enough to get out of paying. ---
