The horrific news from Oklahoma has been on the radio and every other kind of media since the tornado (F5, on the ground for 40 minutes in a well populated area) touched down. Today, we are supposed to be in for severe thunderstorms here in DFW starting around 2 p.m. Me? I’m angling to take tomorrow off, as I have 10 hours of overtime already clocked, thanks to being on call last week and having a fleet of unannounced new hires show up, all of them needing computers. Unfortunately, I didn’t track my time on my tickets well enough, so I’m having to go back and find them and add the time I spent. Stoopid documentation. ---

Mawnin all and happy Tuesday Not coherent yet but… Moderation in the MMP? Has that ever happened before? Happy Toosday! It’s 75 degrees and cloudy outside. Today is laundry day and pizza day and I didn’t get a call to walk hellpup, so no walkies today. Anyway I am home alone YIPPEE!!! but feel too icky to do the happy dance. I need to get up and get moving. The Sah-son gets home in about an hour and I do need to be awake and dressed when he gets here. I just woke up a bit ago because I got home in the wee hours this am. My friend took me out to a late lunch/early dinner for my bd and we stayed up all night talking. I think next time I will pack a bag and crash on the couch. She’s a cool lady, I’ve known her since I was 19 but it’s only been in the last few years we have become close friends. Looks like I’ve missed a lot around here {{{ **2.99** }}} {{{ **2gig** }}} {{{ **gotti** }}} When I got sick and had to move back here I had to give up my horse - I found a good home for him as a companion to another horse - and my 2 dogs. My dogs were used to 5 country acres to run and as soon as they got outside they were jumping the fence and running the neighborhood. I still regret giving up my horse, it was one of the hardest things I had to do. I hated having to give up the dogs as well but I couldn’t keep them here. They had been my son’s fathers dogs which he left behind when he moved out, not that that is why I couldn’t keep them, but they were not well behaved and one of the weighed 120 pounds and while she had never hurt anybody I sure never trusted her. She had a unnerving way of sitting perfectly still and staring people in the eye. She and I had had several go rounds until I convinced her I was the alpha.
