The rest of the word is going to say “Oh to hell with the USA, they can’t be trusted” MAGA could never be trusted. You do not beat people up and do horrible things again and again and say “ooops” sorry. (checks forum) Fuck those people. They will always do it again if they can. They need to be called out for what they are. Period. ---

Even if his toadies are voted out, thrown in prison, flee the nation in disgrace, and MAGA is eliminated, other nations have to at least wonder if and when the next Trump is going to take over. @enipla me and you generally agree on things. But I disagree about the world saying a Big Fuck You to America. They are watching and are probably as afraid of Trump’s actions as we are. People still want to come to America and can be attested by our immigration/border issues. I don’t know stats but there have been some Americans who have bailed on this country and many more who’d like to. I think the cost and lifestyle may prevent it in many situations. Occasionally they get to another place and find strife and discord or hampering because Americans are not sure how to act overseas(in many cases). For many reason it does not work out. The USA has big problems, to be sure. It’s still a great place to live for a great many. And can save someone from an untenable life in the country they were born into. I totally get we are in fear here. I am. I’m worried about myself and my kids, grandkids going forward. I don’t see how we can come out of this with the lifestyle we have enjoyed for many decades in this country. But we always have shaken the problems and moved forward with a better path. It’s never been perfect or fair. But who promised perfection and fairness. Even the founding fathers couldn’t have divined what we have gone thru, throughout our history. We’ve done some stuff. Very good things in this country. I refuse to believe one old orange dude with an inflated ego and an evil bent can tear this great country down. I’ll be glad to field your “I told you so” when the time comes. But, today I still have some hope left. I see the tide is turning, as we speak. ---

Yes, I came up with that some time ago, but I think I used to write it rather like “the Orange tanTrump in the White House”. I don’t mind if others use the same expression. And if they come up with it by themselves in parallel, or something similar, fine by me. I hope nobody here has a problem with that. I truly believe he is tantrum prone. ---

Well @Beckdawrek we can agree to disagree. I very much doubt folks want to come the the USA anymore. My wife and I have a big Europe trip planned for next August. I hope we don’t get spit on a lot. I might buy a blue baseball cap. ---

It’s good for rain and sun. I would never ever pretend to be another nationality. I’m not going to advertize that I’m USAmerican though. My wife and I are quite and reserved people. No shouting, ever. No Berlin. Though we did a 3 week tour of southern Germany 10 years ago. This trip is Iceland, Norway, England, Scotland and Ireland. ---

It’s a acronym that says everything about an ideology. You can be it or not.You say, “I am pro MAGA, except I’m not sure I like using Federal troops domestically as practice” there will be a gasp, followed by, “Sounds like you have a problem with what Our President is doing in Venezuela and Greenland?”, “How many guns do you have? Be glad you have them else the democrat party will take them away,”, and “hand over all your red hats”. I don’t think the Oxford under-the-bridge dictionary allows acronyms, yet if they do this one will enter that huge tome before long. And trump will be ever so pleased.
