# I wish to take issue with TubaDiva's recent magic tricks decision.

If we are going to live in fear of a frivolous lawsuit, we might as well close the damn board down now. :dubious:

Hell- the chance of a “magician” suing the SDMB about a magic trick is WAY lower than some “banned” member suing to get his $14.95 back. And, in fact- and IANAL- I think the ex-member has a better chance of winning (he has 'slim"- the stage magician has “none”) 😃
