# I wonder if anyone thinks I'm on meth.

I was reading a thread where people were talking about meth addiction and behaviours.

I pick at my face sometimes. It’s an OCD behavior that I’ve had since I was a kid. I mean, I don’t look like a meth mugshot, more like ‘stop picking at your zits!’, but yeah. My skin is mostly clear though.

I’m twitchy, like I always tap my feet. Again, something I’ve done since childhood and probably related to my OCD.

The paranoia part? I don’t really match the typical paranoia, but again, my OCD manifests as ‘Did I remember to turn the stove off? What about the faucets? I have to go check!’.

Of course no one really thinks I’m an addict - meth addicts aren’t exactly known for their reliability, punctuality, boring lives and ability to manage money while showing up for work every day. But on a superficial level I fit many of the behaviours.

Anyone else have innocent habits that look skeevy?

Short skirts and low-cut shirts always look like dangerous weapons out of the corner of my eye, so I have to turn quickly to investigate them to make sure everything is alright.
