Proof that ExecutiveJesus is not God:
-The only deity called merely “God” with a capital G and no actual name (such as Odin, Zeus, Queztlcoatl, Coyote, etc.) is the God of Judaism and Christianity.
-The aforementioned deity would display at minimum the attributes and powers described in the Jewish Bible/Old Testament, which include (but are not limited to) the ability to create a universe, omniscience, the ability to hear prayers, the ability to destroy cities, the ability to cause illnesses and plagues, the ability to affect the outcomes of games of chance and probably quite a few more that I can’t think of off the top of my head.
-ExecutiveJesus has already admitted to a lack of some of the attributes of God (namely omniscience and the ability to hear prayers).
Therefore ExecutiveJesus is not God, although I will accept evidence from him if he wishes to convince anyone that he is some other deity.
Existence is how I perceive the transmittions of matter and energy. I utilize my five senses and experience the product.

Man comes from the womb. Nothing more. I do agree with the theory of The Big Bang. I also agree with the Everett-Wheeler Theory of quantum mechanics. It provides many of the answers you may be asking of me.
One’s potential has all to do with what makes them happy. However, I do not consider “slave mentality” happiness. Slave mentality includes drugs, compulsion, or emotionally “leeching”. I believe in personal growth, not stagnation. I posted a bit about this in GD a bit ago:
Since even a construct of matter and energy such as I (being on a rather low rung of the spiritual ladder) was able to see the contradictory statements right off the bat, I guess I didn’t expect the “highest spiritual power” to miss them (or spew them in the first place).
Re: the Not God thing. Since God, in the classic Jewish/Christian teachings, is all powerful, all knowing, and all-weather radial tires, he is considered the Everything. Not God (being the aboslute opposite) would be considered Nothing, Void, Absence of Anything. So your statement translates to “I am not Nothing.” Still doesn’t make much sense but at least we’ve (sort of) gotten rid of the double negative. “I am not Nothing” = “I am Something”. Everything I see, hear, touch, taste, and smell is what I consider Something. The fact that you are a registered member and post inane drivel also means that you are Something. So you, me, my trash, the crazy cat lady down the street, and the 20 oz. Pepsi I bought today are all considered part of God in this context. But that only makes you part of the construct, not the whole shebang. You’re as close to being God as my left nut is.
Of course, that whole last paragraph is valid only if you take Kat’s post above as gospel ;). Tell me, do you remember dictating or invading human minds several thousand years ago and having them write some stuff down? If so, why were you so cryptic? If not, what do you think of the biography that some delusional people wrote down about you?
So, Big G, in closing I’d like to pose a final question to you: Can God/you disprove your own existence? If you can then you’ll have answered your own OP (in a circular kind of way). If you can’t then you’re in the same boat as the rest of us lowly humans and can’t be considered the “highest spiritual power” and your OP has been answered as well. Time to brush off that resumé.
**EJ!! Now I can see that, not only are you a college freshman (or perhaps, a high school freshman) teething on philosophy and logic for the first time, but you little devil, you’ve been reading Ayn Rand! That is so adorable!
It’s about time you 'fessed up to your thesis, because I was getting bored with your reticent refusals to do so. But you were just sporting with folks who were taking you seriously and trying to “control” the thread that way. Oh, what a clever little boy you are!! Mommie’s very proud of you, God… Now go out and play. **
Then what do you think of the Laws of Thermodynamics, which indicate that the universe and everything in it had a very specific beginning and is aging (Law of Entropy), and that the universe did not create itself (Law of Energy Conservation)?
How about Newton’s Laws of Motion, which indicates that the universe could not be created or set into motion without the existence of an external force (Law of Inertia)?
What do you think of the Principle of Causaliity, which further indicates a transcendent cause for our existence?
What are your thoughts on the Law of Non-Contradiction, which indicates that truth is objective, and that perception and emotions can be flawed and subjective?
What do you think about the Law of Biogenesis, which indicates that man cannot create himself, and that the necessary being is a living being–not just a force–who is eternal and infinite?
You asked for proof for the idea that you are not God. Here is what the evidence shows:
– Truth is objective; your perception may be wrong; you cannot be God and not God (Law of Non-Contradiction).
– God is transcendent, infinite, alive (Principle of Causality, Laws of Thermodynamics, Newton’s first Law of Motion, Law of Biogenesis).
– You are not transcendent or infinite; you did not create the universe; you are not the necessary being.
Of course, this only means you are not the ‘true’ God. After all, God is whomever or whatever you offer your devotion or worship. For you, that’s you, albeit a ‘false’ God; thus, you are devoted to a false god.
“You shall have no other gods besides me.” Exodus 20:2
The statistics so far, one death per person, is looking pretty certain for those of us who have not experienced it yet. Eternity is a long time compared to our short lives on this Earth. Now may be a good time to be concered about your relationship with the ‘true’ God. He is, after all, your creator.
