# I would like to post a link to a free short story I wrote, and ask for feedback. From searching the rules, it appears this is allowed if I get the appropriate moderator’s permission. So, can I post a link to my short story (including a download link, for those who prefer it) and ask for feedback? I assume this would go in Cafe Society. Thank you. ---

I’m struggling to work out what the mods could possibly need to discuss about this. Here is a list (and it’s by no means exhaustive) of threads with a very similar idea. Actually, every once in a while we discuss questions that appear to have foregone conclusions. This gives the staff the chance to be sure that all the aspects are considered along with letting newer members know how we arrived at previous decisions on similar questions. With three new Mods, it is helpful to review how we came to those earlier choices. In the meantime, **TubaDiva** has let **iiandyiiii** know that he is not being ignored. The “decision” will be along pretty quickly, but it is the weekend and we would like all the staff to have the opportunity to participate if they wish. ---
