And I don’t think I can share it anywhere except here. [“What’s a clerihew?”](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clerihew)

_Donald J. Trump_
_Said, "I’m nobody’s chump!_
_"I didn’t get shot 'cause I turned my head,_
_“And on election night that map was red, so red, the most red you’ve ever seen, that’s what I said.”_

There.

Me, too:

_We should, like Rilchiam_
_In these weeks seek to cram_
_All our true reactions to the election in our posts_
_‘Cause we’re not going to be able to do that when Dear Leader decides to turn truth-speakers into ghosts._

Ouch.

Okay, while I was making dinner, I came up with another one.

_Elizabeth the Second
Reigned longer than anyone would have reckoned.
A quarter-million people stood in a queue;
Everyone wanted to say goodbye, even though most weren’t born yet when she became Queen in 1952._

used to like tennis,
until he got out of the racket.
