> What I want to know is, what’s the proper way to _make_ a root beer float? Is it ice cream first and then root beer (and then wait for the foam to shrink, and then pour more root beer in, and repeat the process), or root beer and then scoops of ice cream (and the resulting mess when the root beer splashes out of the glass)?
