Someone drives a car that is getting really badly beat up, maybe people are running their cars into it, something horrible happens to it. I think it was a tiny car to start with. Maybe a beater. At the end, the person parks and climbs out of the car and walks away, but not before hitting the car lock button which makes the now completely ruined car chirp.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?
