I’m guessing you are refering to my clue.

The show it is from had it as a segment in the show. At once, it doesn’t make sense why it would be call that, but once you get the context, it fits in quite well. The show remains one of the most Obscure shows nick ever had on. It has had weirder shows, sure. But in terms of how un related to anything else EVER on Nick, the show made no real sense. There are tons of channels around today it could be seen on [In theory, not in practice], just, back then (Its an old show) Nick figured (for the most part, I see why they did it. if not the need.) to give it a shot.

It is not animated, and it is also not a sitcom.

I suspect the lack of weirdness is precisely what makes it so out of place. I seem to recall that it was actually a quite serious news show. It’s kind of a shame there isn’t anything like it still on.
