It was one of those one-hit wonders that got well-known because it was so silly–not as clever as “Convoy,” that’s how bad. The words consisted entirely (as far as I remember) of a deep-voiced guy going “Ha haa ha haaaaa, ha hahahaha haaaaa…” I can’t remember anything else about it. It was not _Psycho Killer_ (which goes ‘fa fa fa fa fa, better run…’). It was stupid. ---

I was driving just now and thinking that my brain thought there was a connection to cowboys, but I thought it must be that I was remembering that “I wanna be a cowboy” song… ---
