# ID These British comedians

[This](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=370690) thread reminded me of a British comedy duo.

They haven’t been seen on TV for a few years now, but they used to have a regular weekly show. During the show, they’d speak to a vegetable who’d suddenly turn a bit mad and talk of taking over the world in a Dalek voice. Only one of the comedy duo would actually see all this happening. They also hosted a review of comedy acts from the US on C5.

That’s all I can remember, can anyone else perhaps remember who they were?

Sounds like [Lee and Herring](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_and_Herring).

The programme you describe sounds like their BBC2 Sunday morning programme, ‘This Morning With Richard Not Judy’.

Yeah, the mad orange character was the Davros like thingy I remember 🙂

Its a crime that Lee and Herring aren’t still on TV regularly. _Fist of Fun_ and _This Morning with Richard Not Judy_ were frikkin genius.
