I have been trying to remember the name of this movie for awhile now. Mom divorces dad and is left with the children. The oldest boy plays sports (fooball I think).
Football coach teaches the boys that you should always dry off after a shower from the head, to the testicles, then the feet. Coach says he lost a nut by not following these rules.

Oldest son discovers mom’s lover is a cocaine addict and kick him out of the house and out of their life.

I know it is not much to go on, but please help.

Sgt Schwartz

I woke up out of bed when I remembered this. I think it was [First Born](http://http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087263/)

Yes, it was Firstborn. I remember that scene. For some odd reason I loved that movie and had seen it more times than I care to admit. Must be my fascination with Terri Garr.

The oldest son played Lacrosse, by the way, not football.

No, no, no. _Casablanca_, obviously.

Thank You, **Shagnasty** , that was it. Another thing that will allow me to sleep nights. Feel bad that it made you jump out of bed though.
