I’m getting way too tired of “artists” lifting work, or as one of my clients said “You can take this painting I found and just change a little bit and a little bit more until I won’t get sued, right?” “Well, first of all, it’d be _me_ getting sued…” ---

Rembrandt’d been dead for 300 years at that point… I think arguments for it not being in the Public Domain are pretty weak. ---
