The Texas Heart Institute, home of Dr Denton Cooley, is affiliated with St Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston’s Texas Medical Center. St Luke’s has a fine cafeteria in the basement but the McDonald’s located on the first floor is extremely popular. Yes, just down the hall from the Heart Institute. (I wouldn’t be surprised if any of those other juxtapositions were located here in Surreal City.) ---
