Oh nevermind, it appears to be a common garden spider…there is debate among why spiders “decorate” their web. I was thrown by the sheer size of this death tank on legs

The spider is a New York Yankees fan. If you tilt your head to the right, You can see “NY Yxxxxx” in the web.
