# Identify a short please

A man is working on restoring an old silent film that is found in pieces. The short is a documentary he is making of his work and everytime he finds another “lost” scene, the film has to be re-edited and it seems to tell a completely different story. The ending is explained by another film historian that tells us that

The original filmmaker went crazy

Wow! First IDing a song that was real big in the early 90’s and now a short that was on IFC a few years ago.

I never thought I could stump the Dope twice.
