There was one episode in particular I remember which had several skits about a team of policemen in different silly situations, especially one in which they were chasing criminals in their car – _very_ slowly, if I remember correctly – and when they reached the state border they had to stop and admit defeat, while the criminals were in the other state just a few meters away. I’ve tried searching [the transcripts](http://www.kithfan.org/work/transcripts/index.html), but there is a whole bunch of episodes featuring the “police department”, as I suspect the skit series is called. Anyone?

That’s “[The Chase](http://www.kithfan.org/work/transcripts/two/chase.html)” from season two, episode [#204](http://www.kithfan.org/work/204.html). It’s the same ep as the Nutty Bunnies and Darryll’s blind date.

Very funny filmed skit. 🙂

Alrighty then, while we’re at it what was the sketch with Dave Thing and Kevin McDonald where Dave Thing is trying to describe the movie he saw the previous night, which is very obviously Citizen Kane, and McDonald guesses it right away. For some reason this seems to stick in Dave Thing’s craw and he won’t admit that it’s Citizen Kane, and McDonald gets so annoyed he stabs him in the hand, whereupon Dave Thing starts trying to ask for what is very obviously an ambulance, but because McDonald is saying “Is it an ambulance you want?” Dave refuses to admit it’s an ambulance, and the same joke goes on again till McDonald stabs him to death?

What was that?

I _love_ the nutty bunnies episode. Is it that obvious?

“I shouldn’t be here, I should be 15 minutes away from here! I’m a nutty bunny”

Ah, Americans… Always the car chase.

Seriously though-- shouldn’t it either be “the other state just a few yards away” or “the other province just a few metres away?” Cussed blurry national boundaries! (Heh.)

How about this one while we’re on the subject, who can ID this one for me: Dave Foley is a doctor making a house call to a dying man. When he enters the house, Foley insists on taking his muddy shoes off, having a slice of pie, etc. whilst his patient is dying upstairs.

Oh! Oh!, what was the one where the two lawyers negotiated a date for their clients?

That’s [Date Negotiations](http://www.kithfan.org/work/transcripts/one/negotiate.html) from the first season, episode [#105](http://www.kithfan.org/work/105.html).

> [@](#):

> Mark (as Gerald #1): All right, perhaps we were a little hasty with the 17-week dating commitment. Perhaps we can accommodate the obvious interests of your client a bit more. How about this: a six date schedule with possible sexual intercourse on date six.
>
> Bruce (as Gerald #2): Gerald, I’m no longer interested in this “possible sexual intercourse” you keep selling me on. Last time, it turned out to be a cheap handjob at the drive in.
>
> Mark: Your client ejaculated, Gerald!
>
> Bruce: Sadly. Very sadly. Let’s just let sleeping dogs lie, shall we? (pause) Three date schedule, guaranteed sexual intercourse on dates two and three.
>
> Mark: Uh uh. Five date schedule, guaranteed sexual intercourse on date five. Now that’s a one-way ticket to Loveland, Gerald. That’s a heap of good lovin’. That’s a Love-o-rama. That’s a Love Fest. That’s a Love Woodstock, for God’s sake. Come back to me.
