[This image](https://d1u1p2xjjiahg3.cloudfront.net/63d8c094-cd3a-44e1-adf9-8103dfe56153.jpg) has been cropping up around town. This is about the clearest one I’ve seen. Does anyone know what it says or know what it means?

I’ve never seen it before. Just curious how many you’ve seen and in what town.

Wow, that was quick!

I’ve seen them in Santa Cruz, CA and Visalia CA. I’ve seen probably about 5 or 6 of them.
