# Identify this movie about creepy Asian twins!

Long ago, in a thread on disturbing movies, somebody mentioned a movie about a creepy Asian female twins. There may have been some incest involved and overbearing parents, but I’m not certain. Whoever mentioned it linked to the poster, and it showed the twins sitting side-by-side in little girl dresses and looking very braindead, indeed. Their parents were standing behind them, and there may have been blood. I’ve searched the boards to no avail and a Google search for “creepy asian twins movie” is ill advised.
Here are the criteria:
–creepy Asian twins
–overbearing parents
–most likely bloody
–possible insanity, incest
–overall, rather disturbing
Ring any bells for anyone? If you have any other creepy/disturbing movies to recommend, that’d be awesome too.
And I’m fairly confident it’s not porn, guys.

That would be the Korean film A Tale of Two Sisters. I can not say enough about this movie. Really, one of the most disturbing, thought provoking, mind bending movies I’ve ever seen. Run, don’t walk to your nearest video store.

A Tale of Two Sisters is indeed a great film. Asian horror films are very different to the Hollywood version. One of my favourites is [Into the Mirror](http://imdb.com/title/tt0372937/), but that’s not available on DVD yet.

I don’t know what the English title is, but it was heavily advertised here in Japan under the title _Tansu_.

I swear I read the title as “creepy Olsen twins.”
