Not even, I’m just pissed that the majority of the german community is in favor of it. That we have _that many morons_. And yeah, Zeriel got it right for the most part. ---

Why do you assume people who think Metaknight is overpowered and deserves a ban are morons? You sound really immature. But the description “fighting game” is so apparently general — and so unrelated to the specific properties that, in your view, qualify something thereof — that taking umbrage when someone does not share your definition is perhaps misguided. FWIW, at one point I did play such games rather often, although not since the earlier Street Fighter II days. “Fighting game” means to me much what it means to you (although frankly the _exact_ requirements of a life bar and the loser’s death still seem ad hoc). Nevertheless it’s very difficult for me not to conclude that you’re taking this issue a bit seriously. ---

Super Smash Brothers Brawl is way more fun when you add your own custom characters and stages in anyway. Are there any tournaments where custom characters ever get played? That would be FUN. And like I said before, I’ll say it again. SMASH BROTHERS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PLAYED AS A COMPETETIVE FIGHTER. It is a party brawler, like power stone was. If you choose to take it seriously, be prepared for tons of silly rules and regulations that have to be put in place to make it more “fair.” People are going to disagree with what “fair” is, and you’ll have to live with it. ---

We banned Bo Jackson from the video game Tecmo Super Bowl. It made gaming much less frustrating for everyone who didn’t have Jackson on their team. ---
