Plus, it’s not going to take much courage to brave this winter. I think we’ve had maybe 16 minutes total where the temperature was under 0C. They’re calling it the “winter that never was”. And they will continue to do so until we get hammered with vicious storm. Which I’m secretely convinced is going to happen any day now… ---

As a hot chocolate fan, I must take offense at the phrase “drinking chocolate” as being pretentious and redundant. Hot chocolate is already chocolate that you drink, why the hell do we need another phrase? Grrr. That said, hit me up with some. ---

We had a [Schakolad](http://www.schakolad.com/home.asp) franchise here in Columbus and their latest feature is hot chocolate. Stopped in to try a cup the other day. They ask you whether you want white, milk or dark chocolate and then take the little pitcher over to the chocolate-making machine and just get a dollop of your selection. Add milk, blend and…oooooohhh, very rich. I had the dark chocolate. Mmmmmmmmm. GT ---

I would agree with you, except that having experienced drinking chocolate, I feel that they are indeed two different things. Drinking chocolate is like a chocolate bar in liquid form (a chocolate orgasm pretty much describes it 😃 ) ; hot chocolate is heated water or milk with a chocolatey taste.
