Will I pump electricity back into my house? Is the motor that runs my fan essentially a servo?

It depends.
If it is a permanent magnet motor you may be able to generate a feeble current/voltage but not an effective way to lower you electric bill.

If it is an induction or series motor the answer is a flat NO>
