I have a box of white fudge covered oreos that I borke open tonight. I managed to limit myself to 3. Then I read the box, “Serving size = 1” … that must mean 1 box because who the hell eats 1 cookie? Certainly not Inigo. ---

Give me a cold glass of milk and a box of Famous Amos mini chocolate chip cookies, and I’m in heaven. Oreos are ok, but they don’t taste as good as they did when I was little. ---

I buy the Double Stuff Oreos and use them to make my own Quadruple Stuff Oreos. I don’'t much care for the cookie part, but the stuff is devine! One of these days I’m gonna figure out a reliable, mess-free way to combine 3 Double Stuffs and have some Sextuple Stuffs. I’ll call 'em “Sexies”, 'cause that’s what they’ll be. ---

The other one is Spanish brand Príncipe (now owned by Lu); two round regular “golden” cookies with chocolate in the middle. The chocolate is similar to the Little Schoolboy (used to be better, _sniff_, but then they started exporting and I guess this recipe just stands the traveling better).
