If it was Gore as the tiebreaker, would you?
Why do people keep bringing this up? It’s not even a remote possibility. You might as well ask “what if Cap’n Crunch got the nod?”

I don’t know. Who is his running mate?
No one can win without 2,204 delegates. No one can currently get 2,024 delegates without SuperDelegates. If winning by SuperDelegates is “stealing” then *neither *can win legit. In other words, The Obama-ites who claim that winning by gaining superdelegates would be going against the “will of the people” and there’d be a rebellion or rioting in the streets or whatever  have just said that if their Candidate wins, he’s doing so “against the will of the people”.
This is a strawman.

This is not the argument Obama’s supporters here are making about superdelegates - that any win that involves superdelegates is tainted.

But you did a great job in knocking it down. Congratulations.
Michigan’s votes that didn’t go to her should be divided between Edwards and Obama but even being generous to Obama and counting ALL of the 45% that voted against Hill still gets her ahead by over 100,000 as of right now. Fact remains: more have voted for her than him.
You’ve posted this “fact” more than once. RealClearPolitics shows her as approximately 120,000 votes ahead if you award 0% of the Michigan votes to Obama. If you arbitrarily gave him 60% of the “uncommitted” votes (which would be a smaller percentage of the overall votes than he has received in any primary or caucus), her lead would vanish.

I retract the “more than once” part. I think I was confusing 9th Floor with DrDeth. They, uh, both have “th” in their names.

The anti-Furry lobby makes him unelectable.

Aside from the absolute unlikelihood of this scenario, passing over the first black person and the first woman with true chances for the presidency for another white man would be sending a horrible message, at least in my opinion.

How can you be so stupid??? It will be the absolute tastiest election ever! I can’t believe you’ll let the anti-furries decide how you vote.

This is why I weep for America.

I’ll vote for the Dem nominee, whoever they are. But if the party decided to run Gore, I’d be mightily pissed, as imagine, would legions of other Clinton and Obama supporters. As **Hippy Hollow **says, it’s the dumbest idea to come down the pike in a long time.
