Nope. Iād be subtly trying to hog all the attention away from myself, and _being_ myself, Iād recognize the strategy and think I was annoying. š

Iād probably be a little disgusted with the way\* Myself\* was treated by other people, and would assume _Myself_ to be a manipulative person. And, like **auntie em** , I might try to compete for the spotlight.
It would also depend almost entirely on the context, for I can act very differently in various social situations. (One set of friends as opposed to another, etc.)
Honestly, Iād probably get along with _Myself_ a good deal of the time, but the times I didnāt- watch out! Itās like my relationship with my mother, with whom I share many personality traits. š

Weād have a hard time noticing that the other one was there, unless we started playing computer games or RPGs, then weād end up playing the same charactersā¦ itād be real confusing, and I donāt know how my wife would take it at _all_ā¦

Depends on what āmeet sociallyā means.
If itās at a party or other gathering of people I sorta know, weād nod to acknowledge each otherās presence, say maybe 2 words to each other the whole time (ābeer?ā āOver there.ā)
If itās at the grocery store, weād not even acknowledge each otherās presence. Except to step out of the way if Iām blocking his view of the canned beans or something.
If itās at a computer hardware store, there might be a chance of a conversation happening.
Sigh. I donāt know how to feel about that.

It would depend on which me met which other me. Party wallflower, pub social butterfly, lecturing teacher, English Lit geek, demanding housecleaner, hippie feminist, country girl redneckā¦
I could meet several meās and never realize Iād met any of me. Not sure if Iād like any of them if they came without the others attached.

One of the things I like about myself is my infinite capacity for keeping myself amused ā so I would assume that would carry over even if I wereā¦ well ā¦ there instead of here. Or whatever.
