The staff has decided to keep the number of pages per thread to 10, to prevent potential problems (we have noticed with uBB that when threads got too long the software became very slow.) The current version of vBulletin seems to handle extra-long-threads OK, but since we don’t know what could happen with an upgrade, we will play it safe and limit thread lengths to 10 pages (approx. 500 posts.)
I will close this thread, but it can be continued in another thread if someone feels the need.
