The Vice President is also forbidden from invalidating the election. Had Pence done that, then **all** the rules are up for discussion. This is, of course, the great danger in deciding to ignore the rule of law. If you can ignore it, why can’t I?

Indeed. There’s some Russian emigre woman who spouts the Deep State nonsense. Since she grew up there, it seems patently obvious to me that if she believed what she’s saying, the _last_ thing she’d be doing is yelling about it in public! SMH.

There’s no scenario where Biden would become President before January 20th. I think the 3rd scenario would be the military is divided; some elements follow Biden and others Trump. That would’ve been the least likely and worst case scenario.
