THAT is what I will never forgive Trump and his supporters for. Mass deportations, fine, nuclear Armageddon? We’ll survive. Trump becomes a true Russian puppet on the world stage? Again, we can handle it. But I swear to the god I don’t believe in, if ANY disruptions in the avocado supply occur, and by extension a disruption in the guacamole supply… My wrath upon all Trump supporters will be terrible. The catchphrase from the DUNE movie applies here. The guac must flow. Be warned Trump supporters. ---

California Haas avocados are the best, and we’ll still have them. Of course, without Mexican avocados, California ones will probably double in price. If you can’t afford them, just get a better job! And many Americans buy domestic Choquette (or are they Hall) avocados. Whatever those huge ones with the smooth skin are, anyway. They are not only bigger than Haas, and are cheaper, but they’re also flavour-free! ---

I actually never paid attention to where the avocados came from, I just want to know if I go to chipotle, the guac will still be available. ---

The good news is, Mexican avocados will be available for the foreseeable future. The bad news is, out of sheer gratitude for the new American policies, Mexicans will be peeing on all export avocados. And don’t even ask about the new mystery ingredient in the “new, improved” Corona! ---
