In that thread you couldn’t seem to grasp that not all violations of law are actual “crimes”, and not all arrestable offenses are actual crimes. This thread is no different. The facts have been explained to you and either you just don’t get it or you don’t like how it is. But, to beat a dumb cliché to death, it is what it is.
