Dean Stockwell is 77. I canā€™t see him as the Doctor unless they want to return to the Hartnell years. Jeff Goldlum is 60. Same problem. I canā€™t imagine a modern Doctor much older than 40. These days heā€™s expected to be a high energy, action character. ---
