Most likely NADs, a wee place called Kiwi Clan on the ezboard system, Snopes’ board and some local NZ ones. Be a shame if the SDMB was no more, though. Got special feelings for this place. I’d grieve. ---

I’d have to go back to doing whatever it was I did on the internet before I found the Straight Dope. I don’t remember what that was, though. I’d never seen a message board before this one. I’m not sure I could muster up the same level of emotional investment in another online community. ---

I’d probably use the SDMB group on Myspace as a group of survivors to restart a new messageboard in the image of the SDMB, much like the pilgrims leaving for the new world. Except the old world would be no more. ---

I got a Something Awful account a few weeks ago, so I’ve been spending more time over there while getting used to the atmosphere. It’s nice to have the SDMB as a counterbalance to Goons’ insanity, though, and I’d probably spend less time on message boards in general if the SDMB disappeared. ---
