Absolutely…That is the point that I made earlier in this thread. It is a much easier to know enough to know that what we are doing is very likely causing a significant perturbation on the climate system and that lessening that perturbation will lessen the effects than it is to know the exact amount and nature of that perturbation and of producing another manmade perturbation to try to counteract it!
