Conservatively that’s about tens of thousands per year if the 300 days are the most common AND they take off for Christmas, holidays, and summer. ---

I didn’t realize it, but I have been handling those pesky Mexican Koran Bibles all wrong. Sometimes I use them as yard art, and sometimes I just toss 'em. Never found a dead body, though, so perhaps I got that rancher’s quota of Koran Bibles? No idea how they found their way to the upper Midwest, but those Canuck Afghanis are canny. I’ll bet they planted them right there in my backyard, making me think I had me some Mexican Muslims hanging around the place… ---

The part that cracks me up the most is “Koran Bibles.” Maybe she meant “Muslim Bible.” I bet the “lady” has a stroke when she finds out that the “Muslim Bible” just so happens to be the Christian Bible, most likely the Ethiopian Canon. ---

Are there any bibles produced for the Spanish speaking world that have Arabesque designs around the edges (perhaps an influence from the Moors)? If you found a Bible in Spanish that looked vaguely Arabic, and you were stupid, it would make sense if you thought it was a Koran Bible. ---

Even if you do not speak Spanish it will take you 10 seconds to figure out it’s a bible. Genesis is spelled the same way in Spanish, for one. ---
