Studies have shown that if women ruled earth or any planet, the results would still be the same as they are now with men ruling the planet. Cite might come later. ---

\*\*If I am made President \*\* Women who give birth would be given a week’s stay at a specialized women’s hospital / Ritz complete with massages, spa treatment and excellent post-natal care information along with round the clock help with the baby. Women ( married or not) giving birth would be given six months paid maternity leave with job guarantee. Women at six weeks post partum can have, free of charge, a tummy tuck. (baby sitter to help with child during recovery is included.) Mother’s who opt to stay home with their children shall receive the equivalent amount of what their spouses put into Social Security into their own social security. ( we are being penalized here people, for caring for our children.) SAHM’s will receive once a week visits from a maid/nanny cleaning team - during the day - so that she may be free to leave and do things she wants to rejuvenate her spirit. A rejuvenated mom is a mom who is more enthusiatic around her kids, not a harping shrew. Men may also have a visit from the Lawn Cutting Commando Team as well, be we know just how much men are sexually attracted to their Toro’s. SAHM’s will become Unionized with massive strikes planned on our not our spouses that’s classified , but any injustice we feel needs greater attention, say the School Lunches Dietary Program or Bussing Schedule’s. Education, not Military Spending, will be our number one concern. If American interests abroad are attacked (say a Chocolate Factory in Switzerland) we will simply bombard our enemy with all our old shoes and accessories from a bomber plane. Mother Of All Bombs, _indeed_. If I am made President, anyone who wishes to be sterlized, will receive it free of charge. Special incentives will be offered to Catholics just too see how many we can get. If I am elected, All Americans who hold a job will be covered medically and dentally and optically. If I am elected, a Luxury tax will be put on any cable TV, Satellite TV, AOL/Internet making these things , like cigerettes, thus making people think (possibly) twice about waisting their brains and body in a inert position. I’m trying to beautify America here, people, work with me. I will consider outlawing cell phones and spam and junk mail. If I am made President, I will discontine Faith Based crap ( though most of it maybe fine, but _still_) and institute **Yoga** every morning in the work place. We all need to be a little more flexible and relaxed. If I am made President, fashion designers who dress up stick figured women as Thorgon’s from outspace with maribou and ostrich feathers about their heads and try to pass that off as fashion will be systemically and publically hunted down and executed. If I am made president, professional athletes (either sex) will earn $20k a year. That’s it. If they will the championship, then perhaps a nice $100 bonus. Teachers, researchers, child care, nurses, and other fields _that make a difference_ will receive the minimum of $75,000 a year. If I am made president, coffee cups will never be empty. ---

For some reason some people have it in their heads that on average a woman in the same job as a man gets paid X% of what the man getes paid, but this notion is based on a misinterpretation of a study. The number was generated by adding up the salaries of all women and dividing by the number of women and then adding up the salaries of all men and dividing by the number of men. Men on average do make more than women on average, but the study says nothing about whether women “in the same job” as aman make less than the man. ---

If women ruled the world … the ration of women’s bathrooms/men’s bathrooms at public places would be 3:1 instead of 1:1. And it would be completely fair. If women ruled the world, laws wouldnt’ be written clearly, they’d be obliquely hinted at and it would be citizens’ jobs to figure out what they meant by them … wait a minute … looks at U.S. laws … _women DO rule the U.S. at least!_ ---

There would be more women’s basketball than men’s basketball on tv, which would be fine with me. I much prefer women’s college b-ball and the WNBA (esp. Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Shock!) to men’s college b-ball and the MNBA. More respect for women’s sports in general. Which again would be very much welcomed by me! Women athletes would be judged by how well they do at actually playing their sport(s), rather than on their looks. ---

IIRC, Public Radio Int’l’s show _Marketplace_ used it as the reference for debunking the pay gap “myth”. I haven’t read it, so I must say: caveat emptor. ---

Sorry, but any study that meets with the approval of the sort of people who also read Warren Farrel isn’t exactly what I’d call unbiased. Farrell does preach that women rule the world.
