Apparently according to some, we need a proper criminal offence from Trump before he can be removed from office. So Trump could order a first strike on Pyongyang because Little Kim insulted his hair, resulting in the deaths of 10’s of millions of people, and that would be acceptable to some, because “hey! no crime!” Maybe, like Al Capone, we can get Trump on income tax evasion. That might just work… ---
