One of two in A Little Princess There’s the scene where Sarah and Becky imagine a beautiful feast and all kinds of lovely things and then wake up the next morning to find that Ram Dass has somehow magicked it all into reality in their little attic. And there’s one at the very beginning with Sarah and her little friend and Maya are in India playing by the water, when Maya gives her the “all girls are princesses” speech. I want to live in that version of India. ---

On the trading floor in Trading Places, Lawrence in Arabia as he urges the locals to “Come on, then!” and sack the Turkish train, Blade Runner where Deckard and Roy have their final scene together. It doesn’t make any difference what desert, it’s completely hypothetical. ---
