You won’t kill just them, though, those diseases will spread far beyond their tiny Empire - you’ll now solely be responsible for the depopulation of the Americas - just for 50-100 years less Aztecs? I mean, sure, the sacrificing and all that, but they were hardly unique in that regard.
Well, worry less about your own diseases and more about theirs. You have no resistance to smallpox or the plague (Europe) or any other diseases they might be used to. You’re also not a bucket of parasites either, though you’re likely to pick up plenty by being there.
