C’mon, other than Mary Steenburgen, why would anyone admit to liking any of it? Ferrell’s done “Stranger Than Fiction” plus good small roles in a bunch of stuff. Reilly’s done a lot of nice work. But dumb comedy is not their forte. “Deep and meaningful” should not be even mentioned in the same post with “Step Brothers.” ---

I thought dumb comedy was the only thing Will Ferrell could do right. And it’s fun to see a great actor like John C. Reilly acting like a goof.
